1. Customer Relations
Customer Relations consists of three modules; Customer Relations, Supplier Relations and Customer Pension Fund. The Customer Relations Module has four sub modules Suspect Database, Prospect Database Customer Relations Manager and Customer Loans. Customers / Suppliers may be companies or individuals. Once created in the Customer Relations these details can be selected in all modules.

The Supplier Relations Manager has three sub modules; Supplier Database, Tender Database and Supplier Relations Manager. The modules keep information on the company or individual in a series of buttons covering the company, offices, contacts, contracts, incidents and accounts.

4. Customer Relations
The Pensions Manager is used for Customer Pensions and has Settings for the rules of each pension scheme. A Payroll Assistant is used to pay pensions on a monthly basis which is spreadsheet based.
