Golden Age – a time when a society experiences a period of peace & economic prosperity. Many cultural & intellectual achievements are also accomplished.
Pax Romana – term meaning ‘Roman Peace’ for a period covering 200 years beginning with the reign of Augustus.
Augustus – Emperor of Rome who ruled the empire from 31 BC to 14 AD
