The Voices of the Athletes is an initiative formed by the ONOC Athletes Commission in partnership with the Oceania Regional Anti-Doping Organization (ORADO) and STOP HIV program. Both ORADO and STOP HIV programs are housed and operates from the ONOC office based in Suva, Fiji.

Vision:
Encourage and sustain Excellence, Friendship and Respect in Oceania Athletes on and off the field.
Mission:
Develop, promote and instill all of the values inherent in the Spirit of Sport through coordinated education and advocacy activities regionally.

Vision:

This vision derives from the 3 main values that the OLYMPIC MOVEMENT promoting: EXCELLENCE, FRIENDSHIP, and RESPECT.
How are we going to achieve this? Is by developing, promoting and instilling values inherence in the Spirit of Sport through education and role modeling activities in regional events. This is our MISSION!

The Objective of the Voices of the Athletes Outreach Program is derived from its 3 main messages:
Be a Leader: To become a leader is to take responsibility for your action and the people you represent.
Play True: To know that you can perform and be successful in your sport naturally.
Play Safe: We have a social responsibility to spread the word about HIV and AIDs to our fellow sports men and women.

The Voices of the Athletes will be setting up with the Poly Clinic at the Main Sports Complex near the Telecom Sports Arena.
There will be banners, posters, information and experts to provide more information on the 3 different areas of the program.
It will be an interactive Outreach program with Quiz; Pledges; Survey; and win great prizes/giveaways.
We will also be in partnership with the Cook Islands Safe Games Campaign, coordinated by Nuks!
