If no, skip to next slide If yes, your house may provide you with some great tax deductions and tax planning opportunities Your mortgage interest and real estate taxes may qualify as itemized deductions. If no, skip to next slide If yes, you may be required to pay the Alternative Minimum Tax Did you know that the IRS has 2 tax systems for individuals – regular income tax and the AMT? If no, skip to next slide If yes, your out of pocket medical expenses may be tax deductible Your medical expenses must be greater than 7.5% of your Adjusted Gross Income to be deductible You may have expenses that you aren’t considering like Long Term Care premiums Russ Jaeger, CPA

If no, you should so keep reading If yes, a qualified retirement account like a 401k may be the best tax planning asset you have There are few tax advantaged benefits as available as qualified retirement plans like the 401k, 403b and IRA.
