5 Noun A person, place, thing, or idea Examples:

6 Proper and common A proper noun is the name of a specific person, place, thing or idea. Proper nouns are capitalized. Common nouns are any nouns that do not name a specific person, place, thing or idea. Common nouns are not capitalized
