2 Brief Description Shokkin Group International is a not-for-profit organization representing a network of international partners. The official organization has been registered in April 2015 in Estonia. The network is composed of youth organizations, free-lance youth workers & trainers, institutions connected to youth and active in Europe. The network enables its members to share and exchange practices connected with youth work, youth involvement and participation in the local and international communities. The motto of the network is: "imagine, inspire, act!" which describes the main idea. We imagine growth of our organizations, inspire each other and act together as a network and as an international family, being connected not only by professional work but also by strong international friendship. But not only that, we forecast that with our support youth of Europe will imagine, inspire and act for the benefit of the society! As a network, Shokkin Group International has been active since early 2014 and in 2015 the network received a legal form of a non-profit-organization.

3 Mission To improve the quality of youth work in Europe by providing an exchange platform for tools and expertise, and foster reliable partnerships amongst youth organizations in order to achieve an overall positive social impact.

4 Vision Shokkin Group International is a network of youth organizations that enables it’s members to: Be the number one choice as quality youth work providers amongst local & international institutions; Which is achieved by: Using a common support system to increase their impact on the local communities they operate in. Being a part of a consistent and reliable network of international partners; Developing and implementing international projects with the help of a variety of programmes and funds available for Europe; Developing and implementing innovative projects using effective and quality-oriented methodology; Creating and sharing effective tools and methods in the frame of non-formal learning; Be inspired by the organizations in the network & be a part of the “imagine, inspire, act” mentality;

5 Values The network has a set of values by which it operates and sustains quality partnership: Hunger for experience and development Member organizations are thriving for exploring new opportunities and methods. Creativity and innovation Finding innovative approaches to relevant topics Developing and implementing projects with a socially-conscious and entrepreneurial approach Equality of members and mutual respect All the members are treated equally Trust & reliability All cooperation and sharing is based on trust All members share a similar mindset and morale included in the ethical standart towards international cooperation, partnership and use of intellectual and physical property Empowerment and exchange Members are sharing developed materials, information, gained experience and support each other by all possible means Political & religious independence The network and its members is not representing political or religious views.

6 Target Groups Primary Target Group: Secondary Target Groups:
Youth organizations who are members of the Shokkin Group International Network; Secondary Target Groups: Local and international partners of member organizations. Youth workers, youth leaders and local volunteers of member organizations. Young people from the regions where member organizations operate.

7 Needs of Primary Target Group
The network works to satisfy the needs of the primary target group: Need for access to high quality project practices; Need for access to a variety of tools and manuals for project management and implementation; Need for trustful and high quality partnership; Need for development of large scale projects; Need for raising the visibility of work; Need for increasing the local and international impact of work of organizations; Need for organizational development and financial sustainability.

8 Needs of Secondary Target Groups
The network works to satisfy the needs of the secondary target groups (Local and international partners of member organizations; Youth workers, youth leaders and local volunteers of member organizations) Need for access to international youth work practices; Need for cooperation with versatile and multi-skilled organizations Need of being represented at an international level; Need for increasing the local impact of their work; Need for raising the visibility of their work; Need for trustful and high quality local partnership.

9 Needs of Secondary Target Groups
The network works to satisfy the needs of the secondary target groups (Young people from the areas where member organizations operate) Need for personal, professional and social development; Need for exploring own culture and being enriched by others; Need for increasing self-confidence; Need of becoming more competitive in the labor market; Need of belonging.

10 Short Term Goals ( ) Create a consistent and reliable network of international partners; Create and share effective tools and methods in the frame of non-formal learning; Create the “imagine, inspire, act” mentality; Create a very interactive network where creativity and support on the network members “as one” must be clear and obvious; Help member organizations to thrive for exploring new opportunities and methods; Help and provide members by sharing developed materials, information, gained experience and support;

11 Long Term Goals (5 Years)
Be the number one choice as quality youth work providers amongst local & international institutions; Improve the quality of youth work in Europe by providing an exchange platform for tools and expertise; Find innovative approaches to relevant topics; Develop and implement projects with a socially-conscious and entrepreneurial approach; Create a trustful and reliable network with international recognition.
