First statewide transportation options plan Set policy foundation for TO investments Adopted by OTC in April 2015 Set stage for state, regional, and local implementation

Need statewide vision & policy framework TO strategies not always considered as solutions Need formal statewide TO “program” Likely to be more reliance on TO solutions in the future
