On first site edit preparer record and check
Allow multiple accounts to use this Address

Repeat for each additional site

Each user authenticates as normal
Additional authentications have no impact on others

Recent post on T-VOG states that MFA info might be stored as a cookie
Makes sense despite TaxSlayer denial
Apparently clearing cookies requires authentication the next time user logs on
Might reconsider automatically clearing cache if your district does it
