Schedule Changes There are several discussed possibility to changes to the conference schedule, a few are: Wednesday Breakfast with the Keynote Or Keynote on Thursday coupled with the panel discussion Wednesday lunch ‘on your own’ and several more The intent is to: Make lunches more exciting and maximize network potential Maximize exhibition hall interaction

Awards Reception You have 20 minutes to discuss!
Have an Awards Reception at the Hyatt that will showcase all non-operator awards during a happy hour time frame Tuesday Night – during the preconference reception Thursday Night – After the conference, but before all the consultant’s hosted dinners You have 20 minutes to discuss!

Mobile App Ratings Wish it was updated in real time for cancelled classes. Would not hold schedule on Thursday. The schedule was not updated and did not appear to be accurate. App was user friendly and very helpful to plan out my sessions. Found one glitch, when going back to "My Schedule" from session. Love the app! So easy to use and no catalog to have to keep track of! Fantastic. Great job. Exceeded expectations by a mile! Good design. Would like ability to see sessions that I have attended and credited with the PDHs. The app was really cool. Great job with it. No snacks was a bit of a bummer.

How do we get the word out
How do we get the word out? The biggest impact is going to be the moderators promoting the app and us making it simple for the attendees to download. The more people who have used the app, the more they can help those who are new to it or having trouble. We all need to be the instructors! What was Great? Everything the app offered was great. The maps were extremely successful and everyone liked that they could upload their sessions to their personal calendars. What needs Improvement? Changes made to the schedule update in real time for those who are logged in and on the wifi. We didn’t have the wifi capacity for everyone to be using it. Having the app available earlier for people to make their schedules would be great. The program doesn’t cover everything that the brochure offers. I’d like to eliminate Fresh Ideas paper voting and Poster Competition paper voting.
