1 Thanks to all of you for this effort !
CO2 transfer lines on YB0 Review held on the 17th of April was successful and this project has been endorsed as baseline. Thanks to all of you for this effort ! Committee report outlined a few issues. In particular: Examining the possibilities of connecting the independent vacuum of the two jacketed lines at the connection box. It is much preferable if the vacuum jacketed transfer line can be continued into the inside of the vacuum tank. The currently scheduled windows for verifying design and for installation are too late/short. The Master schedule and coherent placement of order/delivery are to be adapted accordingly in cooperation with TC. …the revision should include reasonable contingency. 5/16/13 N.Bacchetta

2 Connecting vacuum at the intermediate junction box
Seems do-able within the envelope of the present junction box It will be an option in the new offer from DeMaCo PP1 -6 intermediate junction box 5/16/13 N.Bacchetta

3 Pipes ending inside the vac-tank
PP1 +5 Top sectors have no issues. 5/16/13 N.Bacchetta

7 Where we stand Need to finish the technical specifications (now ready to be circulated) Need to finalize the end points and specially find a decent solution for PP1 +14 Agree on a later installation for the –Z end Once the final offer is received, decide on the vacuum connection at the junction box. Define/specify the sample piece for welding inspection in order to qualify DeMaCo work. 5/16/13 N.Bacchetta

9 What’s in the CMS LS1 schedule today
A window for verifying the 3D model on the vac-tank. June 17 and June 19, 1.5 days per end. A window for installing the full –Z set of pipes, Aug 12, 5 days including test and certification. A window for installing the full +Z set of pipes, Dec 10, 5 days including test and certification. NB: above dates are obtained by adding 13 working days to the original dates from Dec schedule. Subject to changes. 5/16/13 N.Bacchetta
