To reduce administrative burden for both faculty and staff
Elimination of Annual Payroll Distribution Certification
Automation of Quarterly Review and Certification Process
To provide faculty and staff an efficient and effective support process to manage sponsored projects

Requirements gathering, selling to SGG,
Requirements gathering, Charter, Business Requirements Document, Functional Design Document, Technical Design Document
Requirements gathering and working with the Office of Naval Research
Developing the application
Continual modification

5. Project Overview Where We Are:
Nearing completion of the application software development phase
The project team is now performing Quality Assurance testing
User interface optimization
KISS vs functionality and flexibility
Simplicity with choice

6. Project Overview Where We’re Going: Project is on time and on budget
User Acceptance Testing - June through August
Campus Readiness – May through December
Pilot – August through October
System Go Live – Certification of Fall 2017 (Oct – Dec)
