5 Communicate Communication is one of the biggest challenges.
Where do we learn new information about programs? How do we know when there are changes and updates available? Who is in charge of this communication? Does the trade ally have to hunt for information? 6/25/2018

6 Consistency Consistency between programs would be beneficial
Consolidate tools or use similar tools Use similar programs Maybe have a central website 6/25/2018

7 Educate Incentive Programs Program Contacts
Training on how to sell your program New Technologies/Products – This is HUGE! Comprehensive Solutions – The whole thing. 6/25/2018

8 Promote Use tiered programs to promote customers to do more upgrades per project. Promote Bonus Programs with ending dates. Trade allies spend most of their day promoting the programs that they understand and can sell. Remember…Keep it Simple! 6/25/2018
