The formatting for a book must be in this order and follow this format.

Number each of your sources
Source #1 Author Last Name, First Name. Title of Book. Place of Publication: Publisher, Copyright Date. Type of Source. Schlosser, Eric. Fast Food Nation. New York: Perennial, Print.

4. Sample Source Card: ENTIRE WEBSITE
Not every website will have all of this information included. However, the more credible/reliable sites will have most of the information.
Source #2 Author’s Last Name, First Name. “Title of Article.” Name of sponsor, year of last update. Type of source. Date found on the internet by you. Flintoff, Corey. “Iranian Elections Provide View into Power Dynamics.” National Public Radio, Web. 13 Mar
If not additional title or sponsor of the website is available write n.p.

5. Sample Source Card: PAGE OR ARTICLE ON A WEBSITE
Source #3 For an individual page on a Web site, list the author or alias if known, followed by the information covered above for entire Web sites.
