You keep 75% of the fee
A fee of $5, or 3% of the purchase price of the home (whichever is greater) is charged by LeaseOwn Homes
You keep 75% of the fee balance
2% of the purchase price is paid to LeaseOwn Homes for each year of the term as the balance of our fee (Example: Today’s value 100k x three year term is 6% total = $6,000.00)

10. LeaseOwn Homes Ownership Cost $100,000.00
How do investors in LeaseOwn Homes get paid?
For each $100, investment in LeaseOwn Homes you will receive a 10% share of ownership. (30% is total available)
You will get paid 10% of earning of LeaseOwn Homes after company expenses.
Payments to you will be sent as received by LeaseOwn Homes
You will be added as a board member
