Air service Policy
Highlights of policy
To operate the air services through private operators to connect the cities within the state and outside.
Agreement with private operator can be sign for a period of three years and if the services are satisfactory this can be extend for further period of two years with the approval of finance Department.
As per the policy operator can claim subsidy on the basis of per flying hours for flying within state and outside state. Maximum limit of subsidy is Rs lacs.per month.
For claiming the subsidy, in the case of operation is beyond M.P., then one of the city in the lag has to be in M.P.

Operator further claim VAT reimbursement for ATF
Reimbursement of Fire brigade and ambulance charges on the airport owned and controlled by State Govt.
After bidding process contract has been awarded to M/s. Prabhatam Aviation
Operator has started operating the air service from May In first phase Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, and Satna have been connected with Air service.
Air services were availed by approx. 300 passengers during May-June 2017.
