5. Hours of Operation Hospitals are open 24/7
Most facilities in the community are open from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., while some are open 7 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
VelocityCare, Carilion’s urgent care service, operates from the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday and then from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Sundays.

MyChart is an online healthcare management tool that allows patients to access their records online and on their mobile device
Carilion is the first provider in southwest Virginia to provide this tool
Allows patients to track their test results as well as health records of your loved ones through proxy access (no more waiting for a call!)
The app is available for iPhone, iPad and Android users
Information is safe from unauthorized access due to its password-proteceted connection
