17. I. Jesus’ Triumphal Entry was a Divine Event When His Glory Was Recognized.

18. A. Jesus demonstrated His divinity by: fulfilling prophecy, showing His omniscience, receiving deserved praise and willing accepting it as rightful. Jesus accepts the Praise because it was valid and true.

20. B. The parade gave His disciples an opportunity to celebrate.

22. C. His opponents wanted Jesus to make them stop worshipping Him.

D. The King replied: Praise cannot be stopped. Christ rebuked the Pharisees criticism and stating that even creation cried out in worship.

24. Have you recognized the glory of Jesus Christ?

25. G. The donkey was a valuable possession to any family, yet the owner gave it up to the Lord freely.

26. H. What thing in our heart would we be unwilling to give up for Christ?

27. We must recognize Jesus’ Glory and Set Our Hope on His Redeeming Work.

28. II. Christ Endured The Next Week While One By One Every Worshipper Abandoned Him.

29. A. The fair weather fans, the celebrators, even the disciples began to show their tendency to worship anything but Christ when things became costly.

30. B. We must recognize that our sin was also the reaason for Christ’s death.

31. C. God expects us to trust Him even when we do not see the way forward, especially when things are hard.

32. D. This means we do not always trust our feelings, thoughts, or even experiences above His Words. We filter them with God’s Word.

33. E. Redemption is coming and the only way we can fully enjoy and celebrate Easter and Christ’s return is to remain faithful as Die Hard Worshippers; faithful to the end.

34. H. In Heaven, we will celebrate Christ’s redemption forever – and Franklin Street, after a championship, doesn’t have anything on 5 seconds of that experience!

35. • Recognize the Glory of Jesus Christ in Your Own Life.
• Trust Him as Your Lord Even through Difficult Circumstances.

36. • Set Your Hope on the Assurance that Christ Loved Us Even When We Had Abandoned Him in sin.
• Adore His Gracious Mercy and be Confident that because of Him Our Redemption Draws Nigh.
