2 Saddleback’s Definition of Travel
Any official event held off campus using club or ICC funds Example: Circle K District Convention

3 Club Requirements Must be level 2 certified.
Approve expenditure of club funds in official meeting Fill out event and budget forms (saddleback.edu/clubs) Have appointment to meet with Erin and your advisor at least 3 weeks before trip to fill out travel documents and waivers Advisor must accompany you at all times Paying for advisor: budget for their stay, or ask if they can use faculty development funds

4 Need to know before appointment
What: Circle K District Convention Where: Warner Center Marriott in Woodland Hills, California (about 76 miles from Saddleback) When: March 27-29th , 2015 How: We will drive ourselves there and each member pays Cost per member: $200 (each pays $61, the rest come out of our allocation, meets 75/25 requirement) either use ASG credit card or request a check: no reimbursement Who: list each member and Advisor attending

5 Participant Requirements
Each participant must: Be an official member of the group Purchase a Gaucho stamp Be currently enrolled in at least 5 units at Saddleback College Saddleback College of record

6 Participant Requirements (cont)
Have a minimum 2.0 cumulative G.P.A. Event form due 2 weeks before trip, budget form 4 weeks prior to due date for funds. Adhere to Board Policy 6125 referring to the Saddleback College Code of Conduct.
