1 WKC Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about anything in the college we need to know about this. This presentation tells you how to make a complaint. At the College, we work hard to sort out the problem which caused you to make a complaint.

2 Who can make a complaint?
If you have a complaint to make, you should make it yourself unless there is a special reason why you cannot. If someone is going to make a complaint for you, we will need your permission first.

3 Your teacher or tutor You should talk to your tutor or teacher first about your concerns. It would be better to talk with your teacher or tutor before you make a formal complaint.

4 Programme Manager or Head of Faculty
If your teacher or tutor cannot deal with a complaint, they will pass onto their manager The manager will look into it and give you feedback. If you prefer not to talk to your teacher or tutor, you should go directly to one of these managers or someone in Student Services.

5 Making a Formal Complaint
If you have a concern or complaint that you believe cannot be dealt with by your tutor, teachers or one of the managers you can: Fill out a feedback form. Forms are available from the LEX Team at reception. After you complete the form you should hand it to a member of the LEX Team. Write a letter to: College Director for LEX Westminster Kingsway College Vincent Square, London, SW1P 2PD

6 What happens next? The College Director for LEX will contact you within 3 days of receiving the complaint. The complaint will be given to a College manager who is not involved in the complaint. This manager may meet with you to discuss the complaint, your concerns and what outcome you would like.
