1. Incidental significant finding on FDG-PET/CT
Incidental significant finding on FDG-PET/CT. An enlargening metabolically active lung nodule is seen. Biopsy revealed non-small cell lung cancer, and the patient went on to have lobectomy for stage I lung cancer.
