1 A series of projects The master plan has no end date.
If you like it is a series of integrated projects To break it down into logical projects and develop an initial five year plan, the board formed a sub-committee.

This included past course committee chairman Mr Stu Anderson, past course committee member Mr Ross Christian and myself.

3 Consideration was given to
Allocation of funds ($70,000 p.a.) Management resources Support for the MP implementation Minimising disruption to play during construction The need to convert clay based to sand based greens The sequence of projects to ensure the Master Plan’s integrity

4 The following is the project team’s five year plan recommendations.

5 Course Master Plan

6 Year One Hole four

7 Year 1 New 4th green Hole four
Allows for reconstruction of the main goal – a new 4th green Year 1 Hole four New 4th green Temporary green 4th hole (R&M) As per Master Plan design (to USGA specification) landscaped, tree planting/removed.

8 Year One Hole One

9 Year 1 Hole one Incorporate new fairway bunker as per Master Plan. (R&M)

10 Year Two Hole ten

11 Year 2 Alternative Green on 10th fairway Hole ten
Hidden from fairway, built to (USGA) spec’s Permanent Tee Block secreted into Pine trees right hand fairway boundary Alternative Green on 10th fairway Permanent green ¾ down 10th fairway at current rubbish site. Built to USGA specification, Chris Pitman design Fully maintained green as alternative hole for future course redesigning projects

12 Year Two Hole seven

13 Year 2 Hole seven Waste bunker 7th fairway
As per Master Plan, limited member interruption (R&M)

14 Years Three & Four Hole four

15 4th fairway and tee block
Year 3/4 Hole four 4th fairway and tee block total reconstruction Will connect to new 4th green constructed in year one. As per Master Plan with full landscaping. New bunker and planting.

16 Year Five Hole ten

17 Year 5 10th Green reconstruction Hole ten
Moved to the west (right) to accommodate (separate) the 8th green (member safety) Clay to sand base greens programme Built to USGA specification, Chris Pitman design
