What is suggested for the liturgy of the day: Scripture readings Prayer texts Time of the church year Where do I find these? Programs: electronic – LABORA (Liturgy Brisbane) or Liturgy Help; Roman Missal, Lectionary, Ordo

How might the PRAYERS AND SCRIPTURE READINGS help our community to bring our particular issues to our encounter with our loving God? What aspect of the EREA mission speaks to this? What SONGS might help? (remember – for liturgy they must be ‘we’ hymns. The liturgy also has service music – musical settings of the texts)

A liturgy of the word Service of reconciliation A water blessing to remind us of our belonging An anointing for healing A shared meal Psalms that link us to the liturgy of the hours – creation Whenever we engage in liturgy we are praying as church in Christ’s name, and in our giving of ourselves to God invited to reach out to others
