Benchmarks Desirable stock in hand : 15% (+ or - 5%) Lifting of foodgrains [ to ]: 85% (+ or - 10%) Utilisation of foodgrains and cooking cost [ to ]: 75% (+ or – 10%) Every month 1/12th of foodgrains is lifted & distributed. Utilisation of foodgrains & cooking cost is synchronous. State’s AWP&B is in accordance with M/HRD’s guidelines. Data in the AWP&B is authentic, reliable & based on the records.
