Organizing pneumonia (OP). There is fibromyxoid granulation tissue within alveolar ducts accompanied by a lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate. Notable is the absence of hyaline membranes, necrosis, neutrophilic or eosinophilic infiltrate, granulomas, and established fibrosis. 10× objective.
