2 Background and status The SRD/MG approved at its meeting in Dublin in January 2013 the proposal from ECO to provide the ERC Recommendation in EFIS also in data format. (For details of the specification for see document SRDMG(13)016) The software for the generation of ERC/REC from EFIS is currently implemented in the EFIS test system. ECO will carry out tests over the next couple of weeks, including test of the national administration interfaces. Implementation in the live system is planned for mid-September.

3 Data model and access Data
Information about Harmonised European Standards, Decisions and Recommendations will be retrieved from the ECA table in EFIS Access The Recommendation generator has its own user list as there are users which do not exist in EFIS Each administration will be issued with a username and password specifically for Rec (also to avoid “bottleneck-situations”)

4 User rights – NTFAs and administrator
National administrations are able to: View and update implementation status for their own country View and update national restrictions for their own country Access to the information will be via limited accounts with their own username and password. ECO as report administrator is able to: Update all report texts Maintain user lists View and update implementation status and national restrictions on behalf of a user (country) View and Generate Report in PDF format Define new annexes with same type as the existing tables

5 Implementation status

6 Implementation status - notes
The implementation status has the following states which can be cycled by clicking on the letter (making it easy to change the value):   * - Default (i.e. not specified by administration) N - Not implemented U - Under study P - Planned L - Limited Y - Implemented Mouseover on a specific point will highlight the entire row to make it easier to find the right row.  When new rows are added to an annex the implementation status for each administration will be set to * (default) to indicate that nothing has been actively specified yet. Each annex is selected individually for a better overview. The row order is specified by ECO, currently sorted by lower frequency and spectrum width.
