4 Headlines - Impact Two thirds consider the quality of landlord services has improved because of the charter Six key ways in which the charter has improved services; Better communication Landlords more accountable Great focus on tenant priorities Encouragement of tenant – led scrutiny Enabling landlords to plan their services better General quality improvements

5 Headlines – reporting Just over half thought the way the charter is reported on helped them to judge whether landlords are meeting the charter outcomes and standards About a third don’t think it does, the remainder having mixed views Concerns over validity of the data Lack of contextual information SHRs indicators

Quality of housing Estate management, antisocial behaviour, neighbour nuisance and tenancy disputes Participation Gypsies/Travellers Rents and Service Charges All the rest, two thirds or higher responded they should remain unchanged

Providing more opportunities to get involved Some issues with reporting – though provides trend information and benchmarking Outcomes and standards should remain largely the same To alter the charter substantially would reduce the positive impacts it has made Could do more to make tenants aware of the charter
