11. Gateway criteria
Advanced Services: You must list NMS/MUR on your NHS Choices profile
NHS Choices (bricks & mortar):
You must edit/validate all three sections between 11th Sep & 24th Nov
You must list NMS/MUR in your public profile
No second chances this time
NHS Choices (DSPs):
If you claimed in April, you’ll receive a survey w/c 2nd Oct to complete by on 24th Nov
Other DSPs: Contact NHS Choices immediately. Contact PSNC if any issues

12. Gateway criteria NHSmail: EPS: No changes
You must be able to send & receive NHSmail on 24th Nov (not just have applied for an account). Pharmacy account

If you don’t have NHSmail yet, apply immediately and activate your account as soon as you receive it

Patient safety report: 20 points (£1,280), once a year
No changes. Written annual patient safety report, demonstrating learning
Safeguarding: 5 points (£320), twice a year = £640 in total
No changes: 80% registered pharmacy professionals must have completed level 2 training in last two years
Make sure 80% still comply (incl new starters)
Dementia Friends: 5 points (£320), twice a year = £640 in total
No changes. Make sure 80% of all patient-facing staff are still Dementia Friends

14. Quality Payments criteria
HLP Level 1: 20 points (£1,280), once a year

GMLPC & Bolton LPC support:
