Strict Approach – Iteration should be managed with all time tracking tools. In our case this approach is used mostly when there are special expectations of iteration release and is required to set deadlines.
Soft Approach – Iteration can be managed without all time tracking tools. Only iteration time scopes are required. In our case this approach is used when there is no need for Strict Approach.
