5. Day 1
1st day – spill response by local entities and arriving support personnel.
Exercise Day 1 ends upon NARRT completion of an “expanded “ ICS 201 briefing document endorsed by Unified Command .

6. Day 2 2nd day – NARRT fully integrated into Incident Command.
Exercise Day Two ends upon NARRT completion of an Incident Action Plan (IAP) for the next operating period approved by Unified Command.
