Treat others as you want to be treated. Treat others with dignity and respect. Do not say or do anything that you would not want a 10-year old child or grandmother to hear. Do not say or do anything that you would not want to see in the headlines. Report harassment and retaliation immediately. Your Resonsibilites

12 Other Important Information
You are never required to report harassment to the perpetrator. For example, if you are being harassed by your supervisor, you are never required to complain to him or her. There are other places to make complaints, such as the HR department or the Integrity Helpline. You are never required to confront a harasser and tell him or her that the conduct is making you uncomfortable. However, you may advise the harasser to stop the conduct, if you feel comfortable doing so. You should report harassment if you observe it happening to others. Victims of harassment are required to report it. Harassment may be reported to the associate’s supervisor, HR manager, or other managers and supervisors or places (such as the Integrity Helpline) identified in the policy. Please review the Policy and Procedure, Anti-Harassment (Centura), in MVW under the policytech tab. Other Important Information
