4 First Time Login Process: Log On to BSCP for the First Time
The following items are covered in this segment: Access to BSCP is controlled by Exostar’s Managed Access Gateway (MAG). When you register with Exostar, your login credentials are sent to you by . You must complete the first time login process in order to get started. If you are the administrator for your company, you will also need to agree to the service agreement. 5 First Time Login Process: Email from Exostar

6 First Time Login Process: Access the MAG Login Portal

8 First Time Login Process: Fill In User ID and Passwords

9 First Time Login Process: Enter a New Password
Enter a new password. You will use this as your login password going forward. Click Submit. 10 First Time Login Process: Password Reset Questions
Provide answers to four of the password reset questions. You will be asked to provide the same answers if you want to use the automated process to reset your password. Note: Answers are case sensitive, if you have to provide them in the future. Once you click Submit, you will be redirected to a Login Successful screen, and then to the Home tab in MAG. 11 First Time Login Process: Service Agreement
Once you are on the Home tab in MAG, you will see open application (which means you are ready to work in BSCP, by clicking the link), or you will see View Service Agreement. A user with the administrator role must accept the agreement one time, then all users will have access to BSCP. Click View Service Agreement, and then select I Agree at the bottom of the agreement. 14 Standard Login Process: MAG Login Page
On the MAG login page, enter the user ID you received in the welcome , and the password you created during the first time login process. Click Login. Note: If you ever forget your login user ID or password, click on the Forgot User ID? Or Forgot Password? link. See help file Reset Your Password for detailed instructions. 16 BSCP Login – Terms and Conditions
To access BSCP, you must agree to the terms and conditions every time you log in. The terms and conditions are related to working with purchase orders. This Agree action confirms that you understand for Boeing change orders your response to the most recent version of the order will automatically include an acknowledgement of all previous change orders. From the My Workspace page, you can quickly drill down to more details: In the Total column, click the number for the item you want. 24 Navigate the BSCP Application: Navigation Path
Expand/Hide Navigation Tree Hover over the edge of the Navigation Tree, and slide the expansion bar to increase or decrease the width of the Navigation Tree section on the screen. Navigation History Path As you navigate the system, it displays your navigation history as a selectable pathway. When presented with a list from which to select items: Select All checkbox: selects all the items in a list on that page Sort Order icon: switches between ascending and descending sort order for a column, number indicates the sort order by column (set with Configure function) Configure icon: allows a user to customize their view of columns by selecting which columns to display, and in what order Previous and Next Page: navigates through multiple pages, or enter a page number and click the Jump button (use dropdown to change records per page) 3 2 1 Note: if only one item is returned, it will automatically have a check mark beside it. 4 Copyright 2017 Exostar LLC | All Rights Reserved |

The Details page has a header section and line items. Buttons below the header apply to the Header and all line items. Buttons below the line items apply only to the selected line items. Scroll right to see additional details. Click blue text to see additional information. Select a State, and click Filter to filter the line items shown. 27 Navigate the BSCP Application: Commonly Used Icons
Expand/Contract Table Columns: drag-and-drop feature expands and contracts the data columns on the MCV page (for Forecasts) Refresh: prompts system to refresh page data (use after you designate new display parameters, or to see if there is new data) Sort Order: indicates sort order of a series of columns on a page. Clicking the icon selects between ascending and descending order for the column Configure: accesses the Table Configure dialog box, where you can select the data fields to display, and their sort order Collab Details: displays a menu of collaboration-related workflows, including Collab Attributes you can select to view from the MCV page Data Measure Selector: accesses the Data Measure Selector dialog box where you can configure the data measures the MCV page displays Export: exports the data on the page to a local drive, in a tab-delimited text format Delete: allows you to delete a selected item Copyright 2017 Exostar LLC | All Rights Reserved |

29 Searching: Use Search Pages
To locate a document, you can: Use the My Workspace links (by status). Use a Search page (by search criteria). Use a Summary page (by search criteria and status). Typical search scenario: Select a Search on the Navigation Tree. Enter search criteria, click Search. See list of search results. Select one or more listed items. 30 Searching: Use Summary Pages
Summary pages are available for Orders, Shipments and Invoices. The Summary page allows you to: A. Enter search criteria B. See the number of search results listed by Status C. Click a Number link for a Status, to see a list of documents D. For Orders, there is a Header Summary tab showing results at the document level. All other results from Summary pages are at the line level. D Notes: A general search will yield lines. A user cannot click on the link, the results are too big. 32 Searching: Save Search Criteria
You can save search criteria for future use: With the search criteria populated on the Search page or Summary page, click Save to open the Filter Criteria window. Enter a Name for the saved criteria. 33 Searching: Apply a Saved Search

34 Searching: Set-Up Search Defaults
Search Default: assigning this default will apply saved search criteria every time the Search or Summary page is accessed (it can be edited). To delete a previously saved search, click the X next to the search to be deleted. Note: Saved searches are only visible for the user and user role that created the saved search. 36 Preferences and Customizations: Set Up Personal Preferences
Each user can change how the screens look in BSCP. Changes affect only that user and user role, and can be updated any time. Examples of ways to customize BSCP: First page you see when you log in Turn on/off alerts Sections on the My Workspace page Columns showing on list pages and in what order How data sorts on list pages Data fields showing at the top or bottom of the details pages UI font size Setting up your screens is easy, and makes it easier to work in BSCP! 37 Preferences and Customizations: Change First Page Upon Login
On the Navigation Tree, click on My Profile  Change Home Page. In the right main section, select the page you want to see as the first page when you login to BSCP. 38 Preferences and Customizations: Turn On/Off Email Alerts
alert notifications are all turned on by default. If you do not wish to receive s, you can turn them off under the My Profile preferences. On the Navigation Tree, click on My Profile  Alert Subscription. In the Subscribe column, uncheck the alerts you no longer want to receive. The alerts are set up per user, but you will see alerts for all transactions within your Supplier account. When finished, click the Save button. 40 Preferences and Customizations: Set Up My Workspace – Configure Option
Click on the Configure icon. Uncheck any items you want to remove from view on My Workspace (unselecting all boxes will remove the entire section from view). Scroll to the bottom, and click Update Preferences. 1 2 Note: Selecting to add Archived, Cancelled or Closed will add the state to My Workspace, but only yield a result of zero. 42 Preferences and Customizations: Configuration on List Pages
To modify the layout of information on a list page, click on the Configure icon. You can remove or add columns, or reconfigure the columns (the three columns of data on the left cannot be removed from view or rearranged). You can also customize the order in which the data sorts down the page (1). To modify the layout of information on a details page, click the Configure icon. Data fields at the header (top) section of the page can be removed from view and resorted. You can customize the line items (bottom) section in the same way as a list page (to hide or show columns, change their order, and sort the data). After selecting the Configure icon for the header section, you will see this pop-up window. To remove columns or data fields from view for the page, select data fields in the right column, and use the left arrow to move them to the left column. Use the up and down arrows to change the order of data for the page. Data will move top-to-bottom (header sections) or left-to-right (columns). 45 Preferences and Customizations: Configure Line Level Section - Process
After selecting the Configure icon for the line level section, you will see this pop-up window: To remove columns or data fields from view for the page, select data fields in the middle column, and use the left arrow to move them to the available columns’ section. Use the up and down arrows to change the order of data for the page. Data will move top-to-bottom (header sections) or left-to-right (columns). Select and move data fields to the Sort Order section, to use them to determine sort order for list pages and line items of details pages. The first data field listed is sort order #1, etc. Use Save as Default to save your settings for future logins. Use Update to only make changes for this login session. 48 Supplier User Roles in BSCP
There are four (4) user roles available for Supplier users. See the Shipments training for more details on how to assign the Shipper role. At least one (1) user must have the administrator role. There can be more than one (1) administrator. If your administrator needs to be changed, go to this link: Role Name Role Description SAdmin: administrator Read/Write access to all business workflows in BSCP, supplier master data attributes, and user-role management for Supplier, Supplier Preferences SUser: regular user Appropriate Read/Write access necessary to manage relationship with Boeing Includes access to initiate or change Order Responses, Shipments, Invoices SShip: shipper Read-only access to all workflows, with Read/Write access on Shipments (to create and update ASN per state transition rules) Role has visibility to all other transactions, but no Write permission for any of them SView: viewer Read-only access necessary to manage the relationship with Boeing Copyright 2017 Exostar LLC | All Rights Reserved |

Click on the Help link, which is located in the top right corner of all BSCP screens. Click the + icons to select a topic and subtopics. Click on the help file name to open it.
