You told us you’re a patient in Arrowe Park Hospital and haven't been given an interpreter since you arrived over a week ago and you are relying on your son to interpret for you. You have now been told an interpreter will visit at some point today but unsure when.
We contacted the Head of Patient Experience at Wirral University Teaching Hospital who later on called us to notify us that they have informed the sister on critical care and she has explained that an interpreter will visit the patient today.
