4. Olive Plantation
The agricultural land has in total approximately 110,000 olive trees. 82,500 olive trees aged between 14 and 27 years variety Picual. 10,000 olive trees 3 feet centenarians also variety Picual. 16,500 olive trees 2 to 3 ft, aged about 37 years. 850 rain fed olive trees. The plantation has its own mill for oil production in a new installation and a packaging area. With an estimated production in next 4 or 5 years of approximately 5 to 6 million kilos of olives, with a yield of 22 to 25% in oil.

The olive groves have complete installation of drip irrigation with water supply from the river Guadiana Menor, separating tanks with water and hoists to different rafts. Rafts irrigation up to 600 million litres.
