4. Planning and Zoning
Implement a requirement through the Planning Commission that, effective after approval of the 150 study, noise reduction be required in residential and sensitive facilities that may be built in the noise impact area

Implement that measurement of noise be required after noise mitigation is completed, to confirm reduction has been achieved and in compliance with FAA standards

Include an illustrative (not definitive) list of noise-sensitive facilities
Recommend analysis for possible placement of a noise barrier to provide noise reduction to the residents of Preston Park
