Intrusions (One district intruding into adjacent district which is not claiming its area)
The intrusion was removed based on the district boundary. By doing so, a gap is created in case of district not claiming its area and for other district the beat area has been restricted to with in its own district boundary.

It is seen that there are variations in the numbers and names of Ranges/Sections/ Beats when the data provided by concerned Divisions to executive establishment section (admin) and data obtained from maps in GIS cell was compared
Please provide feedback on the exact numbers and names of Ranges, Sections and beats and their jurisdiction for incorporation of changes so as to remove variations and maintain same data base with admin section and GIS cell. The changes made now will be final and in case of any changes in future regarding incorporation of new Ranges/Sections/ beats at executive establishment(admin) section and GIS cell will be done only after approval from PCCF(HOFF).

In the sample of Excel sheet of GIS and admin data on number and names of Ranges/ Sections/ Beats-
1.Range/Section/Beat (Admin): refers to data of Ranges/ Sections/ Beats given
to admin through mail by concerned division

the Ranges/ Sections/ Beats demarcated during data base updation schedule
3 Range/ Section/Beat(GIS) (Modified) after restriction to district boundary:
Indicate. Range/Section/Beat the changes in Ranges/ Sections/ Beats that took place due to restriction
Of Division jurisdiction to District boundary
Please tally the Ranges/Sections/Beats mentioned in each of above category with Ranges/Sections/Beats
In the same category to find the difference in numbers and names to provide feedback

to or send a responsible person from the
concerned Divisions with feedback to get the changes done at GIS cell.
It is requested to intimate the GIS cell prior to coming for incorporating changes
to avoid any rush.
