Evidence Brought Against El Chapo
El Chapo is a well know drug lord Largest illicit drug syndicate in Mexico, the Sinaloa cartel More than twenty cases against Guzman have been overturned or dismissed by his lawyers since 1990, a harsh reality that has been attributed to a combination of procedural errors made by Mexican law enforcement and a lack of evidence brought against him Perhaps more impressive than all of this however is that despite facing charges for an array of high- range criminal acts including drug trafficking, kidnapping and murder, Guzman continues to get off lightly in the face of these accusations laid against him by both the Mexican and US governments

Background: Mexican drug lord Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán Loera was born in the rural Mexican town of Badiraguato. The date of his birth is believed to be April 4, 1957, although other outlets list December 25, 1954, as his birthday. El Chapo's net worth around $1 billion.  He married Alejandrina Maria Salazar in a small ceremony in He has three children with her and they are Cesar, Ivan Archivaldo and Jesus Alfredo. He later remarried Griselda Lopez Perez, he had four more children named Edgar, Joaquin, Ovidio and Griselda Guadalupe. He then later married again, in 2007, this time 18-year old beauty queen Emma Coronel Aispuro. She was a U.S. citizen and gave birth to twin girls in Los Angeles.  His sons followed in his footsteps of the drug business.

Most Recent Crime July11, Mexico authorities reported that El Chapo has escaped from his maximum-security prison yet again.

Sentence: Guzman is currently serving a prison sentence of twenty years and nine months on three charges for organized crime that he received in He has already completed a significant portion of this time behind bars despite his two escapes. The first escape occurred in and again in 2015; both times with the aid of prison guards.

Joaquín Guzmán also know as El Chapo turned out this way because some say that he was abused as a child but it was never proven. Another theory is his dad was in the drug business and El Chapo is just following in his foot steps. There is not to much information on El Chapo’s parents so its hard to pin point what the cause is why he is doing all of this. The information I’ve been through says he enjoys what he does and he doesn’t plan to stay in prison a lot longer.
