3 QBO Tips Each time QBO is started, type your User ID and Password.
The are three ways for instructors to see student work: Students the instructor their User ID and Password, and set up a time to receive the ed Confirmation code. Students set up their instructor as the Company Administrator. Students set up their instructor as the Accountant (Invite Accountant feature). QuickBooks Online updates automatically. When you sign in, the latest version of the software is being used. Software updates improve QBO’s features and functions. Some screen images may change but differences are minor.
