ESI-FIRA must consider training programs for providers about methodologies for assess energy efficiency measures and avoid difficulty in present projects under ESI Method 2 Acceptable technical knowledge of suppliers, but has no experience in evaluating and determining potential energy savings 3 It is critical that energy consumers require commitment of energy savings to providers
