Why kill Caesar? The people were not pleased with their living conditions. Caesar was becoming more of a king, Romans had had a republic for 450 years. The Roman Senators wanted power restored to the Senate.

The Plan The Conspirators would toss him off a bridge and slay him below.

A New Plan The Roman Senate had called for a meeting where Caesar was to be present at the Hall of Pompey. This would be the place of murder…

The Aftermath Mark Antony and Octavian track down the murderers and conspirators and kill them all.

Task: Based on your knowledge of the events leading up to and including the death of Julius Caesar, create a short skit/ re-enactment about some part of the Ides of March.
