Despite breathing artifacts, peribronchial thickening (white arrow) and progressive scarring changes (black arrow) can be seen in right middle lobe. However, there was no evidence of clinical pulmonary infections during 3 years. Patient was receiving adequate immunoglobulin replacement therapy, with serum IgG consentrations higher than 5 g/L.
