After requesting an appointment from the director, he gave me the green light to interview himself as well as any of the counselors, or teaching staff on Thursday, beginning at 10am, that are available. I informed him that it would take up to 2 weeks to conduct and conclude my evaluation of Fleet and Family Support Center, and he was more than willing to allow this. He is looking forward to viewing the evaluation results. The level of involvement from the centers stakeholders is medium effort, because each group of stakeholders in involved in a small way:
-interviews of staff for 1 day
-allowing me to sit in on classes taught for 1 week inside FFSC
-review of attendance and class survey records
-active duty and families completing a short survey via
