2 INTRODUCTION Big bazzar is an indian retail store that operates as a chain in departmental store. The retail chain was founded on 2011 by kishore Biyani under his parent organization Future group. Big Bazaar is also the parent chain of Food Bazaar,  FBB and eZone.

Big bazzar targets higher and upper middle class customers. working women and homemakers is a preffered customer segment. 2.COMPITITOR: Reliance retail ,Lifestyle Retail ,Shoppers Stop are the biggest competitors. 3.SUPPLIER: 30,000 suppliers across merchandise categories ranging from one-person shops to multinational corporations, maintaining a distinct mix .

Marketing have to abide by the laws ensured by political leader for smooth running of business and consumer support. they have to deliver the product of the quality they promised to the consumer as consumer are protected by consumer court, introduced by political leader. 2. ECONOMICAL: demonetisation the sale of big bazzar increased because it was as all ready equipped with facilities like paytm, card payment, cash back sceam discount etc. 3.SOCIAL: During the demonetising, Big bazzar offered customer give cash by swapping card, thus by creating a social service and brilliance of marketing was that it got free advertisement and customer that come for cash for cash, purchase some product their.

Proper management of department through technology. Example escalators, good shopping environment, easy payment, online shopping 5.ENVIRONMENT: Big bazzar banned plastic bags below 40micron for environment protection,. Also introduced non plastic bag for customer to protect environment.

Provide wide range of well-known brands like P&G, Levis, Samsung, Pepsi etc. Follow 3 pricing techniques: Value pricing Promotional pricing Differentiated pricing Marketing Research Techniques They promote through big discount schemes rather than put any holding or advertisement. Focuses on high traffic areas and developing cities to attract large customers.
