2 His life He was born in Erkon,Kentucky, on July 23,1918.
His real name was Henry Reese. He went to school in Manual which is in Louisville. He married Dorothy Walton on March 29,1942. He died on August 14, 1999 in Louisville, Kentucky. He was buried in Resthaven Memorial Park in Louisville, Kentucky.

3 His Baseball Career His positions were Third Base and Shortstop he batted and threw right handed. He was drafted by the Pittsburg Pirates, but he was sent down to the Minor Leagues, clearly a mistake. Later he went to the Brooklyn Dodgers he played with them from 1940 to 1958 He made his MLB debut on April 23, 1940. He also won the World Series.

4 His Career continued His final game was on September 26, 1958.
He was voted into the Hall of Fame on 1984. After he was done playing baseball he was an announcer for the Los Angles Dodgers.

6 Jackie’s life He was born on January 31, 1999 in Cario, GA, and he died on October 24, 1972 in Stamford, CN. He went high school at John Muir High School. Then he went to at college Pasadena Junior College then later he went UCLA. At UCLA he played four sports baseball, basketball, track, and football.

He played in the Negro League in 1945 for the Kansas City Monarchs. Then he played in the International League for the Montreal Royal’s in Then he played for the Brooklyn Dodgers in He was 6x MLB All star, 1947 Rookie Of The Year, 1949 NL MVP, and 1955 World Series champ. His number is retired by every team in the MLB. He is member of the MLB Hall of Fame

8 Joe Dimagio

9 Joe’s life He was born on November 25, 1914 in Martienez, CA and he died on March 8,1999 in Hollywood, CA. He didn’t go to college high scholl.

10 His Baseball Career He played for the New York Yankees 1936-1951.
He was a 13x MLB all star. 9x World Series champion. 3x AL MVP. His number is retired by the Yankees. He is in the MLB Hall of Fame.
