Option #2: Reset. Resets Windows back to when you took out of box

Can’t get Windows to Boot? Download recovery image(also called BMR) from
All you need is Serial#. MSA not required.
Copy contents to FAT32 drive and then boot from it using Power+Volume Down
Bonus Tip: When you boot from recovery image on SP4/SurfaceBook choose “recover from cloud” to use wireless to connect to Microsoft and download latest recovery image for device(if your recovery image is older)
