Monday, September 4 – No School.
Wednesday, September 6, is early dismissal.
Included in the letters going home today are the following items:
Reading Log: It is to be returned at the beginning of every month.
Package and Forms from the office: Please return as soon as possible.
Please remember to sign and return agenda daily.
In Language we will be focusing mostly on reading, writing and spelling. We will be learning the Words their Way Spelling program. Our Spelling program will not start until the third week of September.
  The math program we are using this year is based on Math for Success. It focuses on using manipulatives and mental math. We will be focusing on learning our addition, subtraction and multiplication facts.
Our Social curriculum in grade 3 focuses on the following four countries: India, Tunisia, Ukraine, and Peru.
