2 Sales Agent Salary/Incentive Plan
$16.25/hr. starting salary During the first two months after licensing a minimum monthly sales compensation( $300) will be paid for achieving initial target goals. Agents who start on the sales compensation plan prior to the 15th of the month will receive the minimum compensation or actual compensation whichever is greater. Agents who are eligible after the 15th of the month will not begin on the plan until the following month. Salary increase to $17.25 after exceeding minimum sales targets for 3 consecutive months.

Once the minimum policies are issued, compensation is applied to each policy issued. Payouts for each level only apply to the policies in that level. Minimum quality standards must be achieved to be eligible for sales compensation

5 Agent Minimums First 2 Weeks after training – 4 Health/8 Supplemental

6 Sales Agent Salary/Incentive Plan
Presidents Club- $5,000 bonus if a total of 40 Health applications and 80 Supplemental Applications are issued each month for 6 consecutive months and an additional $1,000/month for each consecutive month thereafter. There will be no pro-rated adjustments for partial months worked. Applications issued will be based on the total numbered issued and still in effect on the last day of the month. Applications issued and canceled in the same month will not qualify. Agents must achieve minimum quality standards to be eligible for sales compensation. All monthly results are subject to review and compensation may be adjusted accordingly. Results exceeding Health Policies or 100 Supplemental Polices and the monthly sales leader will automatically be audited.

7 Agent Minimums If an agent fails to meet the minimum at each check point they will be immediately placed on an improvement plan. After 6 weeks, agents are expected to produce a minimum of 3 Health and 6 Supplemental policies each week. If an agent fails to meet minimums for 2 consecutive weeks they will be placed on an improvement plan. Improvement plans will establish weekly expectations. Agents failing to meet the expectations outlined in the improvement plan will be subject to termination.
