1 Case for using sticklers
Fiber optic cleaning products

2 Sticklers® Difference
Sticklers® is solely focused on developing better solutions for optical networks Competitively price, high quality products that are appreciated by end users Product portfolio includes: Precision Cleaning Fluid for Splices and Connector End Faces CleanWipes® Optical Grade Wipes CleanStixx® Fiber Optic Grade Sticks CleanClicker™ Fiber Optic Cleaners Field Installation Cleaning Kits

3 POC cleaning fluid Sticklers® Fiber Optic Splice & Connector Cleaner® Precision Cleaning Fluid Use for cleaning fiber for fusion splicing and connector end faces Dissipates electrostatic bonds holding dust particulates to ferrule surface Bonds with water molecules to evaporate water away Rapid evaporation leaving no residues behind Classified as non flammable by DOT and safe for air shipments Cans are not pressurized and not an aerosol Low inhalation toxicity and poses no health risks Will not freeze 3oz standard cans are TSA compliant Global compliance to GHS, RoHS and REACH Challenges with Competitive Cleaning Fluids: Aqueous or water based cleaners will freeze IPA is hygroscopic, flammable and has strong odor Push spray bottle will take in air which cross contaminates cleaning fluids Aerosol based cleaners can not be air shipped

4 CleanWipes™ Family Sticklers® CleanWipes®Optical Grade Wipes Advantages: Wipe strand openings are ideal for wiping up various sized particulates Foil backing on boxes and individual wipes creates electrostatic dissipative medium Excellent residue absorbency for wicking away liquids and oils High shearing strength to prevent fraying Use for cleaning fiber for fusion splicing and for connector end faces Packaging options: Outdoor CleanWipes® Single are individually wrapped and come 50 to a bag Benchtop CleanWipes®have 90 in a tube and the most popular CleanWipes®400 have 400 in a cube and offer a low cost per clean CleanWipes® 3200 have 3200 in a box and ideal for production environments CleanWipes® WF44 are 4” x 4” individual wipes are ideal for production enviroments

5 CleanStixx® Stick Cleaners
Sticklers® CLEANSTIXX® optical grade sticks Advantages: Open cell structure creates capillary action for superior absorption No binding adhesives used to prevent cross contaminating and leaching Cleaning material is soft enough to conform to the radius ferrule and lens end faces Mechanical crimp of cleaning tip makes prevents damage from excessive pressure Options for cleaning Ø1.25mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, MT, and 1.2 Expanded Beam Color coded for ferrule size for easy identification Stick Tip at 150X

6 Cleanclicker® CLEANERS
Sticklers® CLEANCLICKER® Advantages: 750 cleaning capacity versus 500 of IBC-One Clicks (use fewer cleaners) Refillable cartridges for lowering cost per clean Cleans both APC (8˚ angled) and UPC polished connectors Cleans unmated connectors by flipping lid on cap and connectors in adapters Push engagement and audible pop after engagement is complete Locking feature to prevent waste Challenges with Competitive Tools: Cleaning capacity is either 500 or 350 and not refillable Smaller cleaning tips on some tools are prone to shearing Some tools do not have a good material flow across the cleaning tip LC duplex tools have wrong pitch for cleaning mini SFP+ modules (5.25mm pitch)

7 Field Installer Cleaning Kits
Installer Grade – Designed for use by field installers Contents are based on: 1. Application and 2. Fiber Counts All kits offer Wet-Dry cleaning capabilities Expanding kit product line to meet growing market needs Sole purpose of kits are to clean fiber for fusion splicing and connector end faces Kits will not have ferrule scopes nor other test gear Avoids channel conflicts with distribution partners Maintains our focus on developing industry’s best cleaning solutions Military Cleaning Kit Field Installer Cleaning Kits
