Patient Experience/Language Services How to Manage LEARN Registration

In this presentation you will find step by step instructions on how to manage the registration for your LEARN Live Meeting courses.

Step 1: Sign into InsideCHI

Step 2: Click on LEARN (under My Tools)

Step 3: The attached screen shot is what my LEARN looks like, yours should say something like “Administrator: KYWEST – KentuckyOne Health”

Step 4: click Proceed with Login

Step 5: Click on Education

Step 6: Click on Manage Classes

Step 7: Enter class name & click Search or click on instructor name & Search

Step 8: Click on Manage Registrations

Step 9: shows you all the people that are registered for your class.

Step 10: Print Roster & Sign in Sheet click on Roster

Step 11: Click Continue

Step 12: Click Print
