2 RMS Recommends TAC’s Approval:
RMS Unanimously Approved 2016 Goals: Align Retail Market Subcommittee Goals with TAC goals and the strategic vision of the ERCOT Board of Directors. Maintain rules that support Retail Market processes and promote market solutions that are consistent with PURA and PUC. Support the appropriate incorporation of demand response and load participation in the Wholesale market. Explore and Implement Retail Market Enhancements. Facilitate market enhancements necessary to leverage the capabilities of Advanced Metering Systems in the retail market and improve the integrity and availability of AMS data to Market Participants. Maintain market rules that support open access to the ERCOT retail market. Continue to work with ERCOT to develop Protocols and other market improvements that support increased data transparency and data availability to the market. Support all phases of ERCOT’s implementation of SCR786, Retail Market Test Environment, including but not limited to developing market requirements, project planning, system testing, project execution along with market education and communications. Assess and develop Retail Market training initiatives that may include ERCOT’s Learning Management System’s (LMS) online modules and Instructor Led Market Training courses and/or webinars. 3 NPRR711 Withdrawal Voting:
NPRR711, Increase the IDR Meter Required Threshold On March 1, 2016, RMS unanimously voted to withdraw NPRR711. On March 2, 2016, in support of the Retail Market Subcommittee’s voting recommendation to withdraw, a formal request for withdrawal of NPRR711was provided by the submitter to the Revision Request Listserv for PRS’ March 10th meeting. On March 10, 2016, PRS agenda reflected that NPRR711 was recommended for Withdrawal by RMS and submitter NO action was required of PRS March 31, 2016 RMS Update to TAC

NPRR753 and RMGRR134: Allow AMS Data Submittal Process for TDSP- Read Non- Modeled Generators Additional time needed to review ERCOT’s 2/29/16 Comments RMGRR135: Clarification of TNMP Extreme Weather Disconnect for Non-Pay Weather Moratorium Process TNMP withdrew RMGRR135 in an effort to work with Commenters. AMWG Procedures: Referred back to the Advanced Metering Working Group (AMWG) RMS member requested additional clarifications were necessary March 31, 2016 RMS Update to TAC

5 Advanced Metering Working Group (AMWG)
March 2016 SMT Planned Maintenance: DAY AFFECTED:  Sunday March 20, :01 A.M. CST until Sunday March 20, :00 A.M. CST SMT successfully conducted planned maintenance that requires an outage of the SMT services including the portal website, APIs, HAN and ODR During this planned maintenance outage the following SMT services were impacted, including: Website Portal, Adhoc Reporting, HAN Services and On Demand Reads, however, ROR LSE File FTPS Downloads and Third Party FTPS Scheduled Reporting Downloads were unaffected and available as normal    February 25, 2016 RMS Update to TAC

April 2016 SMT Planned Maintenance: DAY AFFECTED:  API Services - Wednesday April 6, :00 A.M. CST until Wednesday April 6, :00 A.M. CST FTPS Services - Wednesday April 6, :00 P.M. CST until Wednesday April 6, :30 P.M. CST SMT will conduct planned maintenance that will require brief outages of SMT’s FTPS and API services During this planned maintenance the following SMT services will be impacted, including: API – 60 Minute Outage FTPS – 30 Minute Outage March 31, 2016 RMS Update to TAC
