5 Meet Your Instructional Leadership Team (ILT)
What is ILT? A “train the trainer” model. A group that collaborates to lead Elon Park toward continuous improvement What does ILT do? Attends bi-monthly meetings to receive PD Synthesizes information and provides selected PD to EP Staff. The #1 Goal of the ILT is Continuous Improvement. Person 1: Take the envelope and select ONE card Read the card aloud Answer the question and practice a mini “academic conversation” using elaboration & clarification language frames (Group members should practice prompting and responding.) Pass the envelope to the next person and repeat the process until time is called
